Plan and optimize company general affairs management systems, including asset management, procurement processes, vehicle fleet management, and dormitory administration.
Assist managers in providing administrative support during the construction of the new plant; coordinate with government authorities and follow up on various environmental permits and building licenses.
Responsible for the bidding, price comparison, and contract management of various logistics and administrative supplies (e.g., PPE, office equipment, and catering services).
Provide professional interpretation support for Taiwanese senior executives and ensure company policies are accurately communicated to Indonesian employees.
