Job summary

A fast-growing multinational company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified candidate for a managerial role to achieve sales targets and manage sub-distributors. You will develop the company’s image, ensure stock levels, and provide business advice in remote areas. Job description

To ensure the achievement of sales target along with the co-operation of both sub-distributor and / or direct subordinates and other related function and to gain bigger market shares vertically and horizontally.

Responsible in developing and maintaining company image to attain determined objectives and / or targets by ensuring adequacy stocks and by maintaining standards inventory level of the sub-distributor.

Responsible to the provision of management and business advise and service in the remote area by identifying types of customer to determine the market segment and to ensure the availability of appropriate brand portfolio and the implementation of merchandising activities in the area including all reporting system that will help the management to make any necessary decisions.

To review and conduct information analysis in order to set up planning, to promote, and to be responsible to sales objectives in the remote area and to provide inputs to sub-distributor to further sales increase and profits.

To ensure the preparation of annual sales plan and assist the regional sales Manager by participating in development of long range strategies and programs, planning, and monitoring of strategies and programs, as well as ensuring the net result of all business and marketing activities lead to the achievement of objectives.

Responsible on establishment and maintenance of sub-distributor activities and to ensure the sub-distributor performance are met with company standard operations and compliance with company plans and programs.

To communicate and implement all relevant company policies affecting the sub-distributor operation and ensure that terms and conditions are drawn up in the contract are complied by all business partners.

To promote and maintain goodwill with his sub-distributor and community in the assignment area.

Job Requirement
  • Must be Bachelor Graduated or any related fields
  • Have experienced in related fields minimum of 3 years in managerial position.
