Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience leading an area/district in the relevant industry (BNPL, Financial Services, Electronics).
• Fluent in English and proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent understanding of Tangerang Selatan area.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and management of Sales Agent team, Merchant Development Officer, and trainer recruitment.
• Coordination, inspection, and implementation of the system across regions.
• Analyze, summarize, and report anomalies in daily orders at partner stores.
• Training and supervision of Sales Agents and training stores of each cooperative store.
• Strategy to target high GMV of successful transactions and increase sales rate.

• Coordination, location, policy implementation, inspection, supervision and implementation of the system in various regions.
• Investigate and understand daily orders in partner stores, analyze, summarize and report anomalies.
• Training and supervision of SA and training stores of each cooperative store.
• Strategy of targeting high GMV of successful transactions and increasing sales rate of the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience leading an area/district in the relevant industry (BNPL, Financial Services, Electronics). Preferred regional manager experience in Indonesia.
• Fluent in English and proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent understanding of Tangerang Selatan area.
