Job description

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring solution.
• Developing and maintaining automation and monitoring scripts using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implementing monitoring and logging solution using Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and DynaTrace.
• Ensuring security best practices are integrated into the monitoring solution.
• Responding to and resolving incidents and outages in a timely manner.
• Continuously assessing and improving monitoring practices, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as APM Engineer with a DevOps background.
• Experience handling cross‑functional teams with at least 5 years, preferably cross‑country and/or enterprise application.
• At least 5 years of experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, DynaTrace).
• At least 3 years of enterprise application monitoring solution experience.
• Very proactive, initiative‑driven, and collaborative.
• Independent team player with good leadership skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written, is preferable.
