A leading heavy equipment firm in Indonesia seeks a Technical Support Manager to serve as the primary contact for key agricultural accounts. This role involves monitoring equipment performance, coordinating with technical teams, and providing solutions for complex issues. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, 3+ years of experience in technical service, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Serve as the manager and primary technical support contact for designated key agriculture accounts within the region.
Adopt both customer and internal team perspectives to ensure key customers satisfaction in technical matters.
Lead and coordinate with on-site technical and aftersales teams, head office product and aftersales team, dealer, and chinese support technicians within the sites.
Monitor, analyze, and report on equipment performance, parts related, and product issue and modification and product attachment.
Provide diagnostic support, conduct root cause analyses, and offer solutions to complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues as needed.
Collaborate with warranty technical/product specialists, product specialists, and parts/service teams to resolve technical escalations and implement necessary modifications or improvements.
Manage and uphold the matrix of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the Key Accounts (KA) Department for all KACs within the respective region.
Conduct routine visits and meetings with KACs/dealers regarding technical performance reports, condition monitoring data, and improvement plans.
Becoming a connecion role between key customers of agriculture, dealers, and internal teams support.
Deliver or coordinate technical training sessions for customer technicians and internal teams.
