A global digital transformation partner is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support through various channels while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong logical reasoning and empathy skills. This position is based in Surakarta and is open to fresh graduates. Immediate joining is preferred.
Minimum 1 year in customer service, content QC or return refund. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Educational Background: Min D3 all literature with GPA min 2.75 preferred.
Have logical reasoning and customer empathy.
Willing to place in Surakarta.
