Job summary

A global digital transformation partner is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support through various channels while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess strong logical reasoning and empathy skills. This position is based in Surakarta and is open to fresh graduates. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, content QC or return refund.
  • E-commerce platform experience and aftersales consulting preferred.

Job Description
  • Provide customer support primarily through call, email, chat or other channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering timely responses to customers’ queries or concerns in accordance with predetermined parameters.
  • Monitor product, content or video quality labeling uploaded by user.
  • Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first.
  • Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, content QC or return refund.
  • E-commerce platform, complaint resolution, customer service, aftersales consulting related work experience is preferred.
