About the role

PT Ziegler Indonesia, a leading provider of industrial equipment, is seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to join our team in South Cikarang, West Java. This is a full‑time position based in our South Cikarang office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional post‑purchase support and service.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the after‑sales service team and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance, repairs, and technical support to our customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of necessary components.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and address customer needs.
• Analyse service data and provide insights to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the after‑sales service team.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar after‑sales service management role, preferably in the engineering or industrial equipment industry.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and the ability to provide sound technical guidance.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
