Responsibilities

• Schedule and upload social media content (IG & TikTok)
• Perform basic interactions with followers: like, comment, repost, and reply to DMs responsively (with supervision).
• Monitor content performance (reach, engagement) and help create simple weekly reports.
• Support digital campaign activations such as quizzes, giveaways, countdown events, or challenges.
• Assist with documentation and coverage of offline events for social media content needs.
• Update on the latest TikTok/IG Reels trends and provide insights on viral content.
• Provide content recommendations that are in line with ZU's style (fun, positive, and engaging).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
