Job Description
  • Responsible to administrate all document, file, routing approval and distribution to all department in Business unit that liaise with medical team
  • Responsible for the administration of paperwork related to medical personnel (e.g; Expense report, vacation request, timesheet, etc)
  • Cooperate with Occ Health Nurse for Expat Induction
  • Manage contract expenditure within budget boundaries and report it to PT. AMNT Field Medical reps
  • Maintain logistic record of medicines
  • Manage schedule of medical personnel at site
Qualifications
