ACCOUNTING & TAX OFFICER – Manufacturing

A growing manufacturing company looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and trustworthy Accounting & Tax Officer to manage daily accounting, tax reporting, and financial accuracy.

Ideal for candidates who enjoy a practical & end‑to‑end responsibilities environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle daily accounting: AP/AR (Accounts Payable & Receivable), bank reconciliation, petty cash, journals.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
3. Manage full tax compliance: e‑Faktur, e‑Bupot, DJP Online, PPh 21/23/25/4(2), PPN.
4. Maintain complete documentation and support audit readiness.
5. Assist with inventory monitoring and simple product costing.
6. Communicate financial updates to owners and management.
7. Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and banks.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (Brevet A & B preferred).
• 3–5+ years experience in Accounting & Tax (manufacturing/trading preferred).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Able to complete monthly financial reports independently.
• Proficient in MYOB/Accurate or similar systems.
• Honest, reliable, organized, and comfortable working in demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
