Job Description :
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Data Entry and Processing: Entering financial transactions into accounting software, spreadsheets, or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Invoice and Payment Processing: Processing invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliation, as needed.
- Assisting with journal entries of tax payment or transaction and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assisting with audit procedures and ensuring proper documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Education: a bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance
- Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software such as ACCURATE
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office app.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analysis financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Certificates are preferred : Brevet Tax A&B and PPAK
- Experience: As accounting staff and book-keeping at Manufacturing or Construction Company. Having deep knowledge on cost accounting. Preferably also having work experience at Tax/Accounting Consultant. In total minimum 5 years of working experience.
