Overview

Job Description :

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Data Entry and Processing: Entering financial transactions into accounting software, spreadsheets, or databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and other financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Processing invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliation, as needed.
  • Assisting with journal entries of tax payment or transaction and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assisting with audit procedures and ensuring proper documentation for audits.
Qualifications
  • Education: a bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software such as ACCURATE
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office app.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analysis financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
  • Certificates are preferred : Brevet Tax A&B and PPAK
  • Experience: As accounting staff and book-keeping at Manufacturing or Construction Company. Having deep knowledge on cost accounting. Preferably also having work experience at Tax/Accounting Consultant. In total minimum 5 years of working experience.
