Job summary

Position Required

PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI is recruiting a Finance, Accounting and Tax Staff.

This position will be located at our headquarter in Jakarta Selatan and will be responsible for performing tasks such as finance management, accounting and taxation related work, also supporting Korean-Indonesian communication support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales report and any related tax matters
• Preparation and reporting of tax return data (PPh 21, PPh 23, PB1, etc.)
• Organize documents related to monthly payroll tax processing
• Enter slip, organize and report accounting data
• Responding to salary-related tax issues such as BPJS, THR, allowances, etc.
• Communication with external tax representatives
• Management of expenses, receipts, and payment evidences
• Support financial summary reports for management
• Managing and supporting store business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 5 year of work experience in finance, accounting and tax reporting (PPh21, PPh23, PB1, etc.)
• Experience in F&B Industry is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, preferably with experience in tax reporting platform
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous at work
• Preference will be given to Korean speakers (speaking and writing skills)
