Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor all daily accounting activities
• Handling journal entries
• Calculating taxes
• Preparing and executing all financial matters
• Prepare all things related the closing process and monthly report
• Preparing the quarterly/annual financial report
• Doing administrative work
• Preparing and analyzing the annual budget
• Coordinator of preparation of accounting data requested by management or other departments if necessary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or related major
• Having minimum of 2 years experiences
• Able to handle petty cash, banks, accounting process and bookkeeping
• Able to maintain AP, AR, and scheduling
• Keeping accurate records of all daily transactions
