About the Role

Join PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park as an Accounting Specialist. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta and you will play a crucial role in the company's finance and accounting operations, utilising your expertise in financial accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends and provide insights to support business decision‑making.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Liaise with HR and bank to ensure payroll submission data is accurate, all necessary documentation and information are provided and processed on time.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial planning activities.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting‑related queries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies, procedures and systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language.
• Willingness to work under tenant company.
