Job description

Finance & Accounting

• Lead and monitor the companys budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements based on Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
• Ensure timely and correct entries of all financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
• Analyze company spending and provide recommendations for financial and bussines efficiency.

Tax Compliance

• Handle tax reporting and ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan, etc.).
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

Internal Control & Audit

• Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance and accounting.
• Support both internal and external audits.
• Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Mandarin Communication & Coordination

• Act as the bridge between Indonesian teams and stakeholders or partners from China.
• Assist in communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors, partners, or group company members.
