Job description

Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate timely tax reporting.

Manage monthly and year-end closing processes efficiently and according to deadlines.

Perform account reconciliations, variance analyses, and maintain accurate balances.

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit processes.

Provide financial reports and analyses to support management in decision-making.

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and professional growth.

Safeguard the integrity of financial data and maintain accounting systems/ERP effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation in Indonesia.

Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Hands-on experience and familiarity with ESB system operations is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
