We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Specialist to join our team at PT. CJ Logistics Indonesia. As a Data Analyst Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, data-driven insights to support the company's decision-making processes. This is a full-time position based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide Unbilled SO, Outstanding PO reports
• Review daily gross margin levels in detail and identify potential errors
• Provide tax data support for VAT reporting
• Prepare and provide volume reports, List MJOB, and Closing
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly and effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Provide recommendations and insights to improve operational efficiency, cost savings, and strategic planning
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, or Data Science
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in the accounting or finance industry
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, statistical analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience in data visualization and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
