We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Label to manage strategic accounts, drive new business development, and deliver comprehensive label solutions that support various operational needs across retail, F&B, hospitality, and other business environments. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship‑building skills, and an understanding of operational workflows where label usage is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand accounts requiring a wide range of label products to support their operational processes.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into relevant label solutions with clear business value.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closing, and ongoing repeat order management.
  • Build long‑term relationships with Operations/Store Managers, Procurement teams, IT Managers, Packaging Specialists, and POS/Auto‑ID integrators.
  • Collaborate with production/technical teams regarding label specifications, quality, printing compatibility, and finishing requirements.
  • Provide insights on account expansion, label usage trends, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in label products, packaging, auto‑ID, or retail/F&B‑related technologies.
  • Understanding of label usage in operational environments such as retail, F&B, hospitality, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Advantageous (but not required): familiarity with barcode labels or RFID labels.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Communicative, proactive, mobile, and target‑driven.
  • A strong advantage: existing network in retail, F&B chains, hospitality, or POS integrators.
