Job summary
A regional project organization is looking for a Project Coordinator in Jakarta Selatan to support project implementation and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience in project management or coordination, preferably working with NGOs or government. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential. Frequent travel within the region is expected.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Project Implementation and Coordination

- Assist in organizing regional workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor project performance and contribute to the development of progress reports.
- Collect and analyze field data to assess project impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Support regular site visits and ensure quality assurance of project activities.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in regional coordination meetings and forums.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including case studies and success stories.
Qualifications
