Job summary
A leading workforce solutions provider in Nottingham is seeking a Logistics Team Administrator to join their logistics team. The role offers a competitive rate of £13.70 per hour with a full-time schedule of 4 on 4 off shifts. Key responsibilities include greeting drivers, briefing & de-briefing, and data entry. Experience in logistics is preferred, but full training is provided. This position has temp-to-permanent potential and includes various on-site benefits.

Staffline is recruiting a Logistics Team Administrator for our client in Nottingham. Great opportunity to work as a Logistics Team Administrator for our client, one of the most iconic and best‑loved bakery brands.
The rate of pay is £13.70 per hour.
This is a full‑time role working 4 on 4 off, 12‑hour shifts. The hours of work are 6 am to 6 pm. Breaks included.
As a Logistics Team Administrator, your job will be as a front‑desk administrator. Other duties include:
- Working in the logistics team office.
- Greeting drivers in and out, including the client/3rd party and agency.
- Briefing & de‑briefing primary, radial and dairy drivers.
- Creating and issuing/receiving load plan summaries.
- Data entry into the client systems with regard to the movement of product and equipment.
Our perfect worker will be expected to have good communication skills, experience with data entry and a good logistics understanding. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
