We're on the lookout for warm-hearted, proactive Male Support Workers to join our growing team in beautiful Haverfordwest, Wales. You'll be supporting a fantastic male client living with an acquired brain injury (ABI), helping him live life with dignity, comfort, and joy. Whether you prefer day shifts (8am-8pm) or wake nights (8pm-8am), each moment is a chance to bring companionship, confidence, and care right into the heart of his home.

What we need from you:

• Passionate about allowing client to exercise choice and control over their own lives as far as they are able in everyday matters as much as possible
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn about different cultures and beliefs
• Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
