Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of children in care, ensuring they receive high-quality, consistent support.
- Undertake statutory visits, care planning, reviews, and life-story work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, carers, and partner agencies.
- Ensure all work complies with legislation, guidance, and best practice standards.
- Prepare clear, analytical reports for Looked After Reviews and Court when required.
