The Role

As an Independent Living Support Worker, you ll provide meaningful support that fosters independence and helps individuals lead enriched lives. You ll be instrumental in building confidence, life skills, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-cettred support in daily activities (e.g., cooking, cleaning, managing finances)
  • Facilitate access to community services and employment opportunities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Support goal setting and skill development
  • Administer medication and ensure accurate, compliant record-keeping
  • Promote dignity, choice, and independence
  • Respond calmly and professionally to challenging situations
Term time
  • Week 1: Monday - Tuesday (3pm - 9pm) Saturday - Sunday (9am - 9pm)
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (3pm - 9pm)
Non term time
  • Week 1: Monday - Tuesday 9pm - 3pm) Saturday - Sunday (9am - 9pm)
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9am - 3pm)
