Overview

The Beeches Residential Home provides long term care for adults with a learning disability whose behaviour challenges services. We deliver a specialised service to support service users to live independent and fulfilling lives.

We are recruiting for:

Title: Senior Support Worker Level 1 Team Leader Full Time

Post: Based in Ballynahinch

Hours: Days/Nights – Rota to be discussed at interview.

Salary: £28,600 also weekend enhancements

Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year

Role: To work as part of the caring team providing high quality care and support in a residential setting to adults with a learning disability whose behaviour challenges services. You will supervise and direct the work of a cottage-based support worker team.

Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working in a caring setting.
  • Experience managing people with challenging behaviour
