This is a critical leadership role within the Asda Mobile and Asda Money Marketing team, responsible for embedding strategic clarity, operational discipline, and performance excellence across all marketing activity.
The successful candidate will be a strategic planner, ensuring that marketing is aligned to business priorities, customer needs, annual budgeting and commercial goals.
They will bring structure, foresight, and accountability to the marketing function, driving a culture of proactive planning, data led decision-making, and continuous improvement.
A strategic and structured thinker who can bring clarity, confidence, and cohesion to our marketing planning.
To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices.
Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
