A local government authority in Basingstoke is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join their Reablement Service. In this hybrid role, you will conduct home visits, create personalized intervention plans, and support individuals in regaining independence. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, assess complex cases, and provide expertise under social care legislation. Ideal candidates will have HCPC registration and experience in case work. You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis. All travel will be paid from your office base.
