Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 + SEN Allowance

  • Experienced or passionate about supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needs.
  • Patient, creative, and able to deliver differentiated, sensory-based learning.
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (therapists, teaching assistants, carers, etc.).
  • A strong communicator who can build meaningful connections with both students and their families.
  • A qualified teacher (QTS / QTLS) – though we also welcome unqualified teachers or instructors with significant SEN experience.
