You will be supporting real clients facing real challenges and provide strategic thinking and innovative solutions from concept through to delivery. Our clients include central government, defence, aviation, energy and infrastructure. You will drive transformative change initiatives with confidence and clarity, leveraging outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify requirements and gauge organisational readiness. Inspire progress by leading dynamic workshops and impactful training sessions. Demonstrate expertise in stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication strategies, crafting tailored change management strategies and approaches that foster collaboration and turn change resistance into commitment.
You will work with clients to deliver consultancy that sets and realises strategies for change, against their most complex problem sets. Understand their needs and challenges, provide actionable recommendations and cultivate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
You will be given significant responsibility for client‑facing work from day one. All our consultants have regular interactions with clients, lead work‑streams or projects, and support senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs.
You will leverage adept reasoning skills to inform decision‑making. Gather and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities and develop reports and presentations for clients that inform decision‑making.
You will deliver solutions to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience, by optimising clients' resources, processes and assets. Support clients and teams with change management initiatives.
