About the role

As a Sales Executive, you will focus on developing strong relationships with existing customers through phone and virtual channels. You will take time to understand customer needs, identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell and drive revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and suggesting additional products or services
  • Supporting customers to grow and make the most of digital ordering channels
  • Analysing buying patterns to create meaningful, value adding conversations
  • Handling queries and challenging situations professionally and efficiently
  • Consistently working towards sales targets while maintaining high service standards

  • Friendly, outgoing and confident when speaking to customers
  • Experience in sales or a customer focused environment
  • Comfortable selling over the phone and building long term relationships
