Job summary
An innovative PCB manufacturing company in Fareham is seeking experienced solderers. This role involves soldering components onto PCB boards, with competitive pay between £12.50 to £13 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should demonstrate PCB soldering experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines within a friendly work environment. Early finishes on Fridays are also part of the package.

Skills
Holt Engineering is currently working with an innovative PCB manufacturing company based in Fareham. Due to an ever-expanding order book our clients are looking for experienced solderers.
As a solderer, your role will be to solder components onto PCB boards using through-hole and fine soldering.
- Following technical drawings and soldering to required standards.
- Soldering to IPC standards.
- Soldering small components to PCBs.
- Soldering with a microscope at times.
- PCB soldering experience.
- Be able to understand technical drawings.
- Solder to good standards.
- IPC certificates beneficial.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Get a competitive pay structure.
- Early finish on Fridays.
- Friendly work environment.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30–16:30 and early finish on Fridays 12:30.
Paying between £12.50 - £13 per hour (depending on experience).
