Analyse business impacts arising from programme delivery; define mitigation strategies to manage operational, cultural, and behavioural change.

Serve as the voice of the programme within the business, articulating programme vision, goals, and benefits clearly to all audiences. Tailor messaging to different stakeholders including Advisers, Operations, and Product teams.

Oversee the design and delivery of training plans, knowledge transfer, and capability development to ensure a seamless transition to future ways of working.

Act as a champion for Client/Portfolio Managers—ensuring their voice is reflected in solution design, and that outcomes support improved client engagement and commercial growth.

Support the programme to deliver on its commercial and client value objectives, ensuring tracking of key outcomes post-implementation.

Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure business requirements are embedded into programme design and outputs, particularly relating to the client journey and adviser processes.

Identify, assess, and manage business-related risks and dependencies, escalating as required to ensure timely resolution.

Ensure readiness activities are aligned with internal governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:

In-depth understanding of UK adviser and client-facing processes, ideally gained from a Portfolio Management, product, or proposition role.
