Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating concepting, visual design, and brand work.
• Experience designing for digital channels including web and social.
• Good understanding of layout, typography and modern design principles.
• Confidence experimenting with new tools and creative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for a wide range of channels including web, social, and print.
• Develop and improve the Chip brand system, ensuring consistency across all creative output.
• Produce campaign assets and collaborate with marketing teams.
• Support and mentor our junior designer.
