Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, the Junior OS plays an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge. This role is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers who are ready to reshape the retail landscape faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks!

1. Leading: Managing the warehouse team during your shift, leading by example, training new team members, and ensuring process and product knowledge.
2. Picking and packing: Accurately selecting and packing items for customer orders.
3. Delivery Partners: Supporting the management of delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
4. Issue resolution: Contacting customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
5. Goods Inbound: Receiving products from vendors, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies.
6. Stock management: Organizing inventory, conducting cycle counts, managing waste, and ensuring compliance, including partnership with TooGoodToGo.
7. Warehouse management: Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
8. Health and Safety: Supporting onsite health and safety compliance and testing.

• Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts during operational hours (7am - 3am).
