About the Role

As the Lunch Site Assistant you will maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and care, ensuring pupils and staff enjoy safe, nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, breaktime, and lunch meals to pupils and staff.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Manage stock, place food orders, and manage waste streams.
• Assist with minor first aid incidents under the guidance of the registered first aider.
• Contribute positively to the school environment as part of the team.

Key Requirements

• Age Requirement: Over 18.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good personal hygiene and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of carrying out manual tasks, including lifting.
