Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Burnley, Lancashire

Start Date: September 2025 Term

Hours: Flexible - Full-time or Part-time Available

Pay: Competitive & Weekly Pay

• Supervising students during teacher absence, ensuring that they remain on task and engaged.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Assisting with coursework, activities, and ensuring students are following lesson plans.
• Providing support to students with varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
• Upholding school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful classroom.

• Strong Behaviour Management: Ability to maintain order and engage students in a structured environment.
• Adaptability: Comfortable stepping into different classrooms and handling varying lesson plans.
• Clear Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with students and staff alike.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is advantageous, but not essential.
