Overview

Team Leader

Location: Hereford

Salary: £13 per hour

Hours Per Week: 40

Responsibilities

• As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.
• There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
• As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.

Qualifications

• They are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

Service Details

Their residential home is in Hereford city centre. The service offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and highly trained staff.

With a specialism in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury or stroke, the service takes a person-centred, flexible approach. With the people that use their services, they create care and support plans that meet personal goals and needs.
