We’re looking for a Team Leader to bring our award-winning service directly to customers’ doors, ensuring our vehicles are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

• Be a key part of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers.
• Lead and inspire a team of Service Delivery Drivers to allocate and utilise the fleet effectively so the right vehicles reach the right customers on time.
• Set high expectations, nurture the team, and create a productive, engaged environment where work is completed well and on time.
• Use customer service know-how, motivation skills, and a calm, can-do attitude to align the team and drive results.
• Apply knowledge of vehicle rental or similar logistics environments as helpful context, with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence; the drive and personality you bring are more important.

• Full UK or EU Driving Licence (recommended).
• Experience in customer service and team leadership; knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential.
• Strong people management and communication skills; ability to motivate and coordinate a team to meet service goals.

• A great basic salary plus a quarterly bonus up to £2,140 pa OTE.
