Are you looking for a new opportunity in management?
We're currently recruiting a Deputy Team Manager to work across our Access and Older Person Review Team, part of Adult Social Care.
You'll work as part of a small management team where you'll support colleagues who have queries on incoming referrals, allocate cases, authorise work, and monitor performance.
You'll also provide direct supervision to customer access advisors who cover our front door and the social work assistants who complete reviews.
As a Deputy Team Manager, you'll be essential in helping the team adapt to changing demands and in implementing new processes that improve client outcomes and independence.
The successful applicant will be required to have a social work degree qualification or equivalent, management experience and will need to be able to drive (or have a driver) with access to a motor vehicle.
We're open to considering applications from qualified senior social workers with strong supervisory and social work experience that are seeking to step into management. Peer support and mentorship will be provided.
This is a site-based role.

For this role, the candidate is required to have a full UK driving licence, along with access to a vehicle. Evidence of the driving licence and vehicle insurance with business insurance will be required from the candidate should they be offered this position. Without this documentation the candidate will not be appointable.
