Key Accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing forecasting and volume planning for seasonal events.
• Building forward volume plans and collaborating with Partners and Commercial & SRD teams to finalize estimates for peak seasons.
• Working with Franchise and Supply Chain stakeholders to secure stock and ensure timely product landing in stores.
• Communicating requirements clearly across teams for chilled and event planning.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales, availability, and reduce waste to enhance business performance.
• Utilizing business reporting tools for performance analysis and post-event reviews.

Who you are

Your skills and experience should include:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and FAQT.
• Knowledge of business systems and processes like Q and CSSM.
