Job summary
A leading technology company in the UK is seeking an experienced Head of Operations & Business Support. This role focuses on managing and improving after-sales operations for two key products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel distribution industry, technical knowledge in API integrations, and strong communication skills. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a creative environment with some travel required.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel distribution industry.
- Experience in running a support operation.
- Experience in managing teams across different cultures.
- Technical experience in API integrations connectivity.
- Chinese language skills highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation support & PMO teams across different regions.
- Identify areas of operational & technical optimization and lead initiatives.
- Support the Managing Director in other business administration tasks.
- Some travel is required about 4 times a year.

You will look after all aspects of our after‑sales operation for both of our products Horizon Distributions online booking platform and IcePortal Content. You will be a tech savvy analytical person who likes to explore how to use technology to do things better & faster. You will be a good communicator. Professional & presentable you can meet and talk to our customers directly.
