Our London office is central to our international strategy, and we're seeking a skilled Associate Director - Private Credit (Real Estate Debt) to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in sourcing, executing, and managing direct credit investments, supporting our Private Credit portfolio strategy across Europe and beyond.

This is a unique chance to join our Private Credit team, focusing on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending. You'll use your analytical skills and commercial acumen to identify and assess investment opportunities, lead due diligence, and manage a growing portfolio of real estate-backed loans. You'll collaborate with senior colleagues, mentor junior staff, and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver excellent outcomes for the Fund.
