We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for customers requiring servicing, repairs, or warranty support for their motorhomes. Your expertise will help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience while supporting the technical and administrative needs of our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Communication – Greet customers (in person, online, and by phone) and discuss service needs, repair concerns, and warranty inquiries.
  • Provide clear updates on repair timelines, costs, and required work.
  • Explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Manage service bookings and schedule workshop appointments efficiently.
  • Service Administration – Create and update job cards, service records, and inspection reports.
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair progress.
  • Prepare service estimates and invoices in line with company policies.
  • Ensure all required parts are ordered and available ahead of scheduled work.
  • Warranty Management – Assess customer warranty claims for eligibility based on manufacturer terms.
  • Prepare and submit warranty applications, documentation, and supporting evidence.
  • Communicate decisions to customers professionally and manage expectations.
  • Work closely with manufacturers or warranty providers to ensure timely approvals.
  • Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for auditing and service history purposes.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines within the service department.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in a service advisor, warranty advisor, or customer service role within automotive, motorhome, caravan, or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of motorhomes, caravans, or automotive systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
