The Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care in the operating theatre environment. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

• Provide surgical scrub support during operations.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Participate in the Ramsay Academy for ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and commitment to quality clinical outcomes.

• NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
• Surgical scrub experience.
• Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
