Reed Care & Support is recruiting Temporary Support Workers to provide high-quality personal care and dementia support to vulnerable adults across Kirklees on an ongoing temporary basis.

Hours & Shifts

28 hours per week

Shift patterns: 07:30–14:30 and 14:30–21:30

Working alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting and bathing)
  • Supporting people living with dementia with dignity and compassion
  • Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing
  • Completing accurate and person-centred care records
Essential / Desirable Criteria
  • Understanding of Adult Social Care and dementia support
  • Basic awareness of health & safety and food hygiene
  • Willingness to work shifts and alternate weekends
  • Moving & Handling certificate (or willingness to complete)
