Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Handling M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Advising on corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters
• Managing client relationships and delivering tailored legal solutions
• Collaborating with senior partners to drive business growth
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be qualified and have experience of corporate law transactions including M&A work, private equity. You'll also need to be confident in advising clients and strong in negotiation and commercial awareness.
