The role sits within the Retail Sales team and reports to the Head of Retail Sales. The Regional Director North has responsibility for leading the Northern division, overseeing a team based in the London office and in the field across the North East, North West, West Midlands and Scotland.
The division is structured across four regions, with 11 individuals operating across the geography. The role carries direct accountability for delivering new business generation across all four regions, with responsibility for driving performance across the full Triple Point Retail Product Suite, including Inheritance Tax services, Venture Capital Trusts and Income Service products.
The role is open to candidates based in London or in the regions, with regular travel to the London office and across the regions required.
The purpose of this role is to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of Business Development professionals. The Regional Director is accountable for driving strong commercial outcomes through clear leadership, disciplined performance management and consistent coaching. They will create a high‑energy, results‑driven culture while ensuring the team operates fully within Triple Point’s compliance framework and best practice standards. This role plays a critical part in building capability, raising standards and delivering sustainable growth for the business.
