A leading law firm in Greater London is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (NQ-4 PQE) to join their corporate team. The successful candidate will advise a diverse range of clients on significant corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity. Renowned for their work within the media and entertainment practice area, this law firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (NQ-4 PQE) to join their firm.
In this exciting role, you will join the corporate team, playing a key part in advising a broad range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to private equity and venture capital deals.
This will service clients within the media, entertainment, technology, music, TV and fashion industries.
Additionally, you will gain exposure to all stages of the deal process, from initial client meetings to transaction execution and post-closing matters.
