A leading educational institution in Brighton is looking for a full-time lecturer in journalism to join its team. You will contribute to teaching across several NCTJ-accredited courses, such as BA Journalism and MA Journalism. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree and possess substantial industry experience. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is also emphasized in this role. Salary: £41,064 to £48,822 per annum

This position provides an excellent opportunity to play an important and active role in our Journalism lecturing team. This full-time, permanent role will contribute to teaching and research as a lecturer across our four NCTJ-accredited journalism courses – BA (Hons) Journalism, BA (Hons) Sports Journalism, MA Journalism, and MA Sports Journalism – in the media subject area of the School of Art and Media. You will work with colleagues to realise a collective vision that will take the courses forward.
Contribute to teaching and research as a lecturer across the four NCTJ-accredited journalism courses – BA (Hons) Journalism, BA (Hons) Sports Journalism, MA Journalism, and MA Sports Journalism – within the School of Art and Media.
