A leading NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Aseptic Services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail while preparing parenteral nutrition and chemotherapy. MFT is one of the biggest, most ambitious, and progressive NHS Trusts in the country. We are responsible for running a family of nine hospitals across six sites, providing a wide range of services from comprehensive local general hospital care through to highly specialised regional and national services.
This role is in Aseptic Services within MFT. You will be a motivated team player, flexible, self-motivated, and professional, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You must be able to work accurately, quickly and under pressure, have a good eye for detail, prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and be committed to delivering a high standard patient-focused service.
All staff are supported to develop their potential through a structured personal development programme and to develop aseptic skills and knowledge. The Trust has created a digitally enabled organisation to improve clinical quality, patient and staff experience, and operational effectiveness, including the Hive Electronic Patient Record system launched in September 2022.
