Job summary
A leading logistics company in the UK seeks a Warehouse operative for their Burton upon Trent facility. This role involves working on a continental shift with duties including general warehouse tasks and manual handling of items. We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse operative on the continental shift, for our contract based in Burton Latimer, Based at their production facility. You’ll be working on the continental shift
Days 07.00-19.00
Nights 19.00-07.00
Week 1 Monday Tuesday Days, Friday Saturday Nights,
Week 2 Sunday Night, Wednesday, Thursday Days,
Week 3 Monday Tuesday Nights, Friday, Saturday Days
Week 4 Sunday Day, Wednesday Thursday Nights
We’re looking to offer asalary of £15.80 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank 8 holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. - General warehouse duties
- There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!
- A focus on health and safety and aValid and in date accredited Counterbalance licence
- Experience within Warehousingwould be beneficial
- Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
- Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
