Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of sickness absence and advise on attendance policies.
• Analyse sickness absence data and recommend improvements.
• Provide generalist HR support including disciplinary cases and policy guidance.
• Maintain HR files and coordinate documentation for hearings.
